We work hard to inspect all items before shipping them to you, however, items may be damaged in transit. If an item you ordered from us arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend checking all the items in your order to ensure they arrived safely.

You can check the status of your order any time in the order history page of your account. If you don't have an account, you can follow the link in your order confirmation email that you received when you placed your order.

If you don't have an account, and you lost the order confirmation email, you can reach out to our team to receive a new confirmation email.

Sometimes depending on the item, and amount of items in your order, we may ship some items in separate boxes or packages. If your order contains made to order products they may ship separately and at a different time from the rest of your order.


Yes! You can purchase a digital gift card on our website. At this time we do not offer physical gift cards.

Gift cards can be used for all online purchases through our website. They are not valid with our retail partners.

Refunds with Afterpay are dependent on how much of your order is refunded. Any refund other than the full amount you originally paid is considered a partial refund.

Partial Refund

Afterpay will automatically update your payment schedule by reducing the installments or processing a refund back to your card. The refund is applied to the 4th installment first, then the 3rd installment, and so on.

Full Refund

Afterpay will automatically cancel your payment schedule so that you are no longer charged for the order. If you have made any payments, Afterpay will process a refund back to your card.
