Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Made to order products are processed and shipped out on average within 3-6 business days (excluding holidays). Made to order products may ship at a different time from the rest of your order.
We are pleased to offer flat rate shipping on all orders and Free Standard Shipping on order over $50 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Shipping times listed below are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for verifying shipping addresses prior to shipment.

Free next day contact-less local delivery is available to customers in select parts of Birmingham, Alabama.
Return to Sender
Orders that are returned to us via return to sender are not eligible for a return, refund, or any sort of credit. We will attempt to reach you via the email you provided at checkout up to 2 times to reship your order for a $6 reshipment fee, however, if we cannot reach you, your order will not be reshipped and will be canceled.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item you ordered from us arrives defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend opening all items in your order to ensure they arrived safely.
If you are not satisfied with something you ordered from us, you can return most new, unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. At this time, we are unable to accommodate exchanges.
To request a return, submit a return request through our online portal. Once you submit your return request, someone from our team will reach out to you with further instructions within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays). Please do NOT send items back to us until your return has been approved. Any items sent back to us as part of a return that has not been approved will be discarded.
The following are exceptions to our returns policy:
- Final sale and clearance items may not be returned
- Made to order products may only be returned for store credit
- Damaged or defective items not caused by shipping
Once approved, you can either use a provided prepaid shipping label or you can ship your items back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit not using our shipping label. If you choose to use our prepaid label, a $6 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund. We do not refund the original cost of shipping.
